Talisman Programs is a wilderness experiential program offering children opportunities to develop physical and social confidence in an atmosphere that encourages increased self regulation and self direction. Our sessions are geared to meet the needs of campers struggling with ADHD, learning disabilties, and Asperger's Syndrome. With a high staff to camper ratio and small groups, we can give ample time and attention to each child's needs.

Play under waterfalls, track wild animals, explore mountain forests with naturalists. Green River Preserve is a 3400 acre wildlife preserve and summer camp for bright young naturalists. Serving rising 4th through 9th graders, our camp is nurturing, noncompetitive and purposefully small with enrollment limited to 112. Quaker Lake Camp is located southeast of Greensboro in Climax, NC. A beautiful lake sits on 212 acres of natural property. This rustic setting offers all the commodities of home and a wide variety of age appropriate activities for all groups including Bible study, crafts, swimming, boating, and organized recreation.
